Shershaah is an upcoming Indian biographical action film directed by Vishnuvardhan, written by Sandeep Shrivastava, and produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Shabbir Boxwala, Ajay Shah and Himanshu Gandhi. The film is about the personal and professional life of army officer and Param Vir Chakra awardee Vikram Batra. Sidharth Malhotra plays a double role, as Batra and his identical twin brother Vishal, while Kiara Advani portrays his fiancée. It is scheduled to be released on 3 July 2020.
